My clients came with a brief that started with striking bathroom fittings they wanted to use - but they wanted help with developing a coherent aesthetic throughout for the full refurbishment and extension of their home.
As well as interior design, I developed full planning and building regulations drawing packs for the dormer extension to provide a new master bedroom and ensuite, and to assist with communicating their entire project with contractors on site.

Project Description
Our clients wanted the full refurbishment of their family home to provide more natural light to their property.
This project involved the full renovation of the ground and first floors including significant structural alterations to create a large open plan kitchen-dining room along the rear of the house. New bi-fold doors and a kitchen window were introduced to create a better relationship with the garden and introduce more natural light to the house.
A new utility room was also formed on the ground floor and the staircase was significantly altered to provide a more aesthetic and compliant solution. On the first floor the layout was altered to provide an ensuite to the master bedroom.
We also assistance with the interior design, internal fittings and finishes, as well as the kitchen design, to create a coherent aesthetic throughout the home.

Project Description
A large roof extension, including dormers to the rear of the property and full replacement of the existing roof, provided our clients with two new bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms to their family home in Brookmans Park. Internal reconfigurations of the first floor landing provide access to the new floor as well as more natural light.
With limited scope to utilise their existing loft space we initially provided our clients with a thorough set of design options to assess the best route forward with their project. These looked at constraints of the property to help our clients maximise the size of their extension.
By replacing the roof and raising the height of the building we were able to create a new habitable second floor level internally providing two generously sized additional bedrooms with ensuites, and a new staircase from the reconfigured first floor landing, bringing the total number of bedrooms in the property to five.
We also assisted with the full planning and building regulations drawing packs, as well as on-site monitoring once a contractor was selected.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The new Energie Fitness club in Wokingham provides high-end and inclusive leisure facilities. The gym floor includes a Queenax and athletic track, spin and HIIT studio, combat area, as well as dedicated free weights and machine areas with plenty of space for socially distanced work-outs and training.

We worked closely with our client in the initial stages to assess and develop a blueprint club that defines how a gym can operate in a post covid-19 world. We also coordinated and worked directly with Caprica Associates throughout to provide a seemless and integrated service.
